DESCRIPTION:The Workshop “Modalities and Quantific
 ation in Reasoning” focuses on current trends in l
 ogic, philosophy of logic and philosophy of langua
 ge. The workshop will take place on September 18th
  and 19th, 2025, and is organized by the Departmen
 t of Philosophy of the Central European University
  (CEU), within the FWF-DFG project “Modal Reasonin
 g, Quarc, and Metaphysics” (MODREQUAM).  CEU invit
 es the submission of abstracts for talks to be pre
 sented at the workshop. We invite contributions on
  related areas of research, such as (but not limit
 ed to): Philosophy of modalities, Formal semantics
 , Non-classical logics, Applications of modal logi
 cs, and Ontology and metaphysics. Anonymised abstr
 acts should not exceed two pages, including refere
 nces.
