DESCRIPTION:The 2026 edition of the summer school
is open to women and members of other groups that
 are under-represented in mathematical philosophy.
These groups include under-represented gender iden
tities, races and ethnicities, people with disabil
ities, people from low income and non-academic fam
ily backgrounds. The target level is master studen
ts and last year-bachelor students. The school's
aim is to encourage students to engage with mathem
atical and scientific approaches to philosophical
problems, and thereby help to redress the under-re
presentation of women and other marginalized group
s in mathematical philosophy. It offers the opport
unity for study in an informal and interdisciplina
ry setting, for lively debate, and for the develop
ment of a network of students and professors inter
ested in the application of formal methods to phil
 osophy.
