DESCRIPTION:UC'07 is the 6th Conference in the Ser
ies Unconventional Computation. The first venue of
the International Conference on Unconventional Co
mputation (formerly called Unconventional Models o
 f Computation) was Auckland, New Zealand in 1998;
subsequent sites of the conference were Brussels,
Belgium in 2000, Kobe, Japan in 2002, Sevilla, Spa
in in 2005, and York, U.K. in 2006. By coming to K
ingston in 2007, the International Conference on U
nconventional Computation makes its debut in the A
mericas. For more information, see http://www.cs
 .queensu.ca/uc07/. Original papers are solicite
d in all areas of unconventional computation. Pape
rs dealing with theory as well as with experiments
and applications are welcome. Typical, but not ex
clusive, topics are: natural computing including q
uantum, cellular, molecular, neural and evolutiona
ry computing; chaos and dynamical systems based co
mputing; and various proposals for computations th
at go beyond the Turing model. Submission deadline
  is .
