DESCRIPTION:CLMPST is the premier forum on Logic,
Methodology and Philosophy of Science and Technolo

s in this broad field. CLMPST has a long history —
it started in 1960, and has been held every four
years since then in capital cities and/or by leadi
ng university centres in this field. Recent previo
us CLMPST Congresses were held in Buenos Aires (20
 23), Prague (2019), Helsinki (2015), Nancy (2011),
and Beijing (2007). Welcomed are papers and symp
osia from across all areas of logic, philosophy of
science, and philosophy of technology. The aim is
to feature presentations from across the wide arr
ay of topics pertaining to our fields, from mathem
atical logic to metaphilosophy, from the foundatio

nities and social sciences, from philosophy of tec
hnology to historical perspectives on the sciences
, presented by researchers from around the world.
CLMPST is particularly enthusiastic about proposal
s that reach across disciplines, that incorporate
speakers from different countries or regions, that
explore public engagement and/or social implicati
ons of academic work, or that reflect on relations
hips and contributions of different knowledge syst
 ems.
