 gorithmic randomness (Kolmogorov complexity) and i
 ts connections to various other subjects. This mee
 ting will be in the spirit of the earlier conferen
 ces held in Argen tina in 2004 and 2007, and in Ch
 ina in 2008. However, this time we are using a mod
 ified Dagstuhl model, where most of the talks will
