 ful town of Mragowo in the midst of Mazury Lake Co
 untry.   The CLA Workshop is located within the fr
 amework of the IMCSIT conference to create a dialo
 g between researchers and practitioners involved i
 n Computational Linguistics and related areas of I
 nformation Technology. The Workshop will focus on 
 practical outcome of modeling human language use a
 nd the applications needed to improve human-machin
