DESCRIPTION:TSD series evolved as a prime forum fo
 r interaction between researchers in both spoken a
 nd written language processing from the former Eas
 t Block countries and their Western colleagues. Pr
 oceedings of TSD form a book published by Springer
 -Verlag in their Lecture Notes in Artificial Intel
 ligence (LNAI) series. Springer publications are r
 egularly indexed by all major citation databases. 
   The conference program will include presentation
  of invited papers, oral presentations, and poster
 /demonstration sessions. Papers will be presented 
 in plenary or topic oriented sessions. Keynote spe
 akers: John Carroll (University of Sussex, UK) and
  Christiane Fellbaum (Princeton University, USA).
