DESCRIPTION:The goal of our school is to bring peo
 ple up to speed on certain areas of formal epistem
 ology. We hope to bring those attending up to the 
 point where they have a sense of the cutting edge 
 of the subjects being covered, and understand outs
 tanding issues and problems that researchers hope 
 to address in the future. Our target audience will
  be philosophers who have a background in logic, b
 ut not necessarily in formal epistemology. We part
 icularly welcome the attendance of graduate studen
 ts.   We ask that you submit a letter of interest
