 ig Wittgenstein and Bertrand Russell met at The Ha
 gue in order to discuss - line by line - the manus
 cript of the Tractatus so that Russell could write
  his preface. Now 91 years later, the Philosophica
 l Institute at Leiden, with support from the Neder

 n de Exacte Wetenschappen, devotes a day to the ca
 reful study of Wittgenstein’s classical book.  The

 hof (Amsterdam), Göran Sundholm (Leiden), and Albe
