Since its inception in 1995, it has always been he ld in conjunction with IJCAI, each time with growi ng success. NRAC is a well-established forum for researchers interested in sharing their experience s in work in the areas of Nonmonotonic Reasoning, Reasoning about Action, and Belief Revision. An in telligent agent exploring a rich, dynamic world, n eeds cognitive capabilities in addition to basic f unctionalities for perception and reaction. The ab ilities to reason nonmonotonically, to reason abou t actions, and to change one's beliefs, have been identified as fundamental high-level cognitive fun ctions necessary for common sense. Researchers sho uld be aware of advances in all three fields since often advances in one field can be translated int o advances in another. Many deep relationships hav e already been established between the three areas and the primary aim of this workshop is to furthe r promote this cross-fertilization. For more inf ormation, see http://www.cs.rmit.edu.au/~ssardina/ NRAC2011/ We invite submissions of research pape rs for presentation at NRAC 2011 edition.
