DESCRIPTION:RPPW13 will be held at the Max Planck 
 Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences i
 n Leipzig, Germany. This event continues the tradi
 tion of workshops catering for those engaged in th
 e scientific study of rhythm perception and produc
 tion. The three-day workshop will include invited 
 spoken presentations and posters. Spoken presentat
 ions will be held in a single stream, and posters 
 will be displayed during two poster sessions. As w
 ith past RPPWs, the number of participants will be
  limited in order to facilitate lively interaction
  and discussion. We plan to have around 80 present
 ers (30 spoken presentations and 40-50 posters).  
   Previous meetings have been held in France, Irel
 and, Belgium, England, the Netherlands, and German
 y. The last workshop to be held in Germany took pl
 ace at Ohlstadt in 1996. We are delighted to welco
 me the RPPW community to Leipzig in 2011.    For m
