DESCRIPTION:The TIME symposium series is a well-es
 tablished annual event that brings together resear
 chers from all areas of computer science that invo
 lve temporal representation and reasoning. This in
 cludes, but is not limited to, artificial intellig
 ence, temporal databases, and the verification of 
 software and hardware systems. In addition to fost
 ering interdisciplinarity, the TIME symposia empha
 size bridging the gap between theoretical and appl
 ied research. This year, TIME will feature a speci
 al track on interval temporal logics.   The confer
 ence will span three days, and will be organized a
 s a combination of technical paper presentations, 
 keynote lectures, and tutorials. Additionally, the
  organizers have made arrangements to facilitate t
 he running of one day workshops on September 11 an
