DESCRIPTION:The fifth NASSLLI (after previous edit
 ions at Stanford University, Indiana University an
 d UCLA) will be hosted at the University of Texas 
 at Austin, on June 18 - 22, 2012. The summer schoo
 l, loosely modeled on the long- running ESSLLI ser
 ies in Europe, will consist of a number of courses
  and workshops, selected on the basis of the propo
 sals. By default, courses and workshops meet for 9
 0 minutes on each of five days.   For more informa

 at present interdisciplinary work between the area
 s of logic, linguistics, computer science, cogniti

 r fields. Courses and workshops should aim to be a
 ccessible to an interdisciplinary, graduate level 
 audience. In addition to courses and workshops tak
 ing place during the main NASSLLI five day session
 , NASSLLI welcomes proposals for 1-3 day workshops
  or conferences hosted on campus immediately befor
 e or after the summer school, thus on the weekends
  of June 15-17 and June 23-25 2012. Deadline for s
