DESCRIPTION:The International Conference will be h
 eld 25-26 August. The program will consist of a co
 mbination of invited talks and contributed talks b
 ased on papers submitted to the scientific committ
 ee of the event.  EASLLC'2012 will be held 27-31 A
 ugust, and is a school for graduate students and p
 ostdoctoral scholars, similar in spirit to the ann
 ual ESSLLI summer schools in Europe and also to th
 e Sino-European Summer School on Logic, Language, 
 and Computation, which took place in Guangzhou, Ch
 ina in December 2010.  The program of EASLLC 2012 
 will consist of nine courses in three different tr
 acks: logic, language, and computation. The progra
 m will also feature one plenary evening talk for a
  wider audience given by one of the lecturers of t
 he School. There will be student sessions in the l
 ate afternoon/early evening of some days of the Sc
 hool in which students will give short presentatio
 ns of work in progress. In addition, a mentoring p
 rogram is being planned. Selected students will be
  assigned one of the lecturers as mentor for infor
 mal interaction and discussions on research and ca

  Students are invited to submit an abstract of max
 imum 3 pages on any topic in logic, language and c
