DESCRIPTION:TSD series evolved as a prime forum fo
 r interaction between researchers in both spoken a
 nd written language processing from all over the w
 orld. TSD 2012 will address the following topics w
 ithin the field of natural language processing:  c
 orpora, texts and transcription  speech analysis, 
 recognition and synthesis  their intertwining with
 in NL dialogue systems.    The conference program 
 will include presentation of invited papers, oral 
 presentations, and poster/demonstration sessions. 
 Papers will be presented in plenary or topic orien
 ted sessions. Keynote Speakers are Ruslan Mitkov (
 Wolverhampton, UK) and Walter Daelemans (Antwerp, 
 Belgium). The TSD 2012 conference will be accompan
 ied by a one-day satellite workshop on Hybrid Mach
