DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the CLIMA Workshop Seri
 es is to provide a forum for discussing techniques
 , based on computational logic, for representing, 
 programming and reasoning about agents and multi-a
 gent systems in a formal way.   Following the prev
 ious, very successful, editions, the 13th CLIMA wi
 ll be affiliated with ECAI 2012 and will take plac
 e in Montpellier, France, on the 27th and 28th of 
 August 2012. In addition to CLIMA's regular topics
  and sessions, this edition will feature two speci
 al sessions, on Logics for Multi-Agent Programming
  and on Logics for Agreement Technologies   For mo

 ubmission of high quality, original papers, which
