SUMMARY:Algebra and Coalgebra in Computer Science
 (CALCO 2013), Warsaw, Poland
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20130903
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20130906
LOCATION:Warsaw, Poland
DESCRIPTION:CALCO aims to bring together researche
rs and practitioners with interests in foundationa
l aspects, and both traditional and emerging uses
of algebra and coalgebra in computer science. It
  is a high-level, bi-annual conference formed by j
oining the forces and reputations of CMCS (the Int
ernational Workshop on Coalgebraic Methods in Comp
uter Science), and WADT (the Workshop on Algebraic
  Development Techniques). Previous CALCO editions
took place in Swansea (Wales, 2005), Bergen (Norwa
y, 2007), Udine (Italy, 2009) and Winchester (UK,
2011). The fifth edition will be held in Warsaw, t
he capital of Poland. For more information, see h
 ttp://coalg.org/calco13/ or contact calco2013 at m
imuw.edu.pl. We invite submissions of technical
papers that report results of theoretical work on
the mathematics of algebras and coalgebras, the wa
y these results can support methods and techniques
for software development, as well as experience w
ith the transfer of the resulting technologies int
o industrial practice. Abstract submission deadlin
 e: February 22, 2013.
