DESCRIPTION:The main aims of the meeting are:  - T
 o provide mini-series of lectures, presented by ex
 perts and designed to lead mathematicians (includi
 ng graduate students) from the basic elements of c
 onstructive mathematics to a level where they can 
 appreciate recent developments in the area.  - To 
 enable selected speakers to present seminars on th
 eir recent research in aspects of constructive mat
 hematics.   The meeting will be sponsored by the U
 niversity of Nis and Faculty of Mechanical Enginee
 ring of University of Nis, and will be part of the
  celebration of the 1700th anniversary of the Edic
 t of Milan, which was signed by emperors Constanti
 ne and Licinius in 313 AD and which initiated the 
 era of religious toleration for the Christian fait
 h in the Roman Empire.   For more information, see
