DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the CLIMA Workshop Seri
 es is to provide a forum for discussing techniques
 , based on computational logic, for representing, 
 programming and reasoning about agents and multi-a
 gent systems in a formal way.   Following the prev
 ious thirteen, very successful, editions, the 14th
  CLIMA will take place in Corunna, Spain, on the 1
 6th and 17th of September 2013. It will be co-loca
 ted with LPNMR'13. In addition to CLIMA's regular 
 topics and sessions, this edition will feature two
  special sessions, on Argumentation Technologies a
 nd on Norms and Normative Multi-Agent Systems.   F
