 er international event aimed at advancing the stat
 e of knowledge regarding the original goal of the 
 AI field - the creation of thinking machines with

 ly beyond.   AGI'14 will be co-located with and im
 mediately after AAAI'14 and CogSci 2014. Yoshio Be
 ngio will give a keynote on "Deep Learning for AI"
 ; and AGI-14 will include a Workshop on AGI & Cogn

 f papers on all aspects of AGI R&D, with the key p

 tions. The submission deadline (extended) is April
  1st, 2014.
