DESCRIPTION:Describing intelligent agents with the
  help of cognitive and social notions is now well 
 established in the domain of artificial intelligen
 ce. In the recent years, concepts such as trust, r
 eputation, delegation, commitment and convention h
 ave been proposed in order to describe how artific
 ial agents interact in an artificial society or in
  a virtual organization. This workshop aimed at di
 scussing formal theories and logics of information
  dynamics - including formal theories and logics o
 f belief and preference change, learning theory, s
 ocial choice theory and judgement aggregation - in
  order to better understand how information circul
 ates in an artificial society, and how it influenc
 es the individual and collective cognitive attitud
 es.   The workshop is an event of ESSLLI-14 and wi
 ll take place on August 18-22 2014, Tubingen, Germ
 any. It will form part of the coordination activit
 ies of SINTELNET, the European Network for Social 
 intelligence (FP7-286370), within the Working Grou
