 the seventh in the Workshops on Computability Theo
 ry (WCT) Series. The WCT series onsists of short s
 atellite workshops that are meant to attract more 
 computability theorists to the meeting that they a
 re associated with, and to provide a relaxed envir
 onment for specialists in all areas of computabili
 ty theory to give full length talks on their recen
