SUMMARY:Logical Aspects of Computational Linguisti
 cs (LACL 2014), Toulouse, France
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20140618
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20140620
LOCATION:Toulouse, France
DESCRIPTION:LACL'2014 is the 8th international con
ference on logical and formal methods in computati
onal linguistics. This conference addresses the us
e of type theoretic, proof theoretic and model the
oretic methods for describing natural language syn
tax and semantics, as well as the implementation o
f natural language processing software relying on
such models. It will be held at IRIT, Toulouse, Fr
ance, from 18 to 20 June 2014 (with support from I
RIT, Université Paul Sabatier et INP de Toulouse),
and is co-located with CSLP 2014. For more info
 rmation, see http://www.irit.fr/LACL2014/ or conta
ct soloviev at irit.fr and asher at irit.fr (co-ch
airs of LACL 2014). Computer scientists, linguis
ts, mathematicians and philosophers are invited to
present their work on the use of logical methods
in computational linguistics and natural language
processing, in natural language analysis, generati
on or acquisition. Paper submission deadline: Marc
 h 15, 2014
