Evolution of the universe, and us within it, i nvite a parallel evolution in understanding. The C iE agenda - fundamental and engaged - targets the extracting and developing of computational models basic to current challenges. From the origins of l ife, to the understanding of human mentality, to t he characterising of quantum randomness - computab ility theoretic questions arise in many guises. Th e CiE community, this coming year meeting for the first time in Bucharest, carries forward the searc h for coherence, depth and new thinking across thi s rich and vital field of research. For more inf ormation, see http://fmi.unibuc.ro/CiE2015/ In l ine with other conferences in this series, CiE 201 5 has a broad scope and provides a forum for the d iscussion of theoretical and practical issues in C omputability with an emphasis on new paradigms of computation and the development of their mathemati cal theory. The Programme Committee invites all re searchers in the area of the conference to submit their papers for presentation at CiE 2015.
