DESCRIPTION:The Spanish Society of Logic, Methodol
 ogy and Philosophy of Science (SLMFCE) and the Fac
 ultat de Filosofia of the Universitat de Barcelona
  organize the VIII Congress of the society to be h
 eld in Barcelona from 7th to 10th July 2015. The c
 ongress will host the second edition of the Lulliu
 s Lectures, which will be in charge of Prof. Hartr
 y Field (New York U.). The steering committee of t
 he society will organize a symposium on H. Field's
  work.    The SLMFCE Conference is held every thre
 e years (aproximately). Its main aim is to promote
  the integration of research in Logic and Philosop
 hy of Science, and serve as a meeting place for th
 ose who work in such area of research in Spain and

  invite submissions for both contributed papers an
