DESCRIPTION:The TSD series evolved as a prime foru
 m for interaction between researchers in both spok
 en and written language processing from all over t
 he world. Topics of the conference will include Co
 rpora and Language Resources, Speech Recognition, 
 Tagging, Classification and Parsing of Text and Sp
 eech , Speech and Spoken Language Generation, Sema
 ntic Processing of Text and Speech, Integrating Ap
 plications of Text and Speech Processing, Machine 
 Translation, Automatic Dialogue Systems, and Multi
 modal Techniques and Modelling. Papers on processi
 ng of languages other than English are strongly en
 couraged.    The TSD 2016 conference will be accom
 panied by a one-day satellite workshop "Community-
 based Building of Language Resources" (CBBLR). The
  main topic of the workshop is directed at buildin
 g new language resources, especially for languages
  with no or too little existing language resources
