DESCRIPTION:The Interdisciplinary College (IK) is 
 an intense annual one-week spring school, offering
  a dense state-of-the-art program in neurobiology,
  neural computation, cognitive science and psychol
 ogy, artificial intelligence, robotics and philoso
 phy. It provides a unique training opportunity for
  students, postgraduates and researchers, from aca
 demia and industry. The courses and discussions co
 mbine perspectives from the sciences and technolog
 y with those from philosophy and the humanities, t
 o promote dialogue and connectedness between the v
 arious disciplines. In 2016, the focal topic of th
 e school is "Transitions and Transformations in Co
