DESCRIPTION:KI 2016 is the 39th edition of the Ger
 man Conference on Artificial Intelligence, which t
 raditionally brings together academic and industri
 al researchers from all areas of AI, providing an 
 ideal place for exchanging news and research resul
 ts of intelligent system technology. The technical
  program of KI 2016 will comprise paper and poster
  presentations and a variety of workshops and tuto
 rials.  KI 2016 is co-located with Informatik 2016
  (Annual Conference of the German Informatics Soci
 ety) and MATES 2016 (The 14th German Conference on
  Multi-Agent System Technologies).  For more infor

 vites original research papers from all areas of A
 I research, both full technical papers and short t
 echnical communications. We especially welcome app
 lication papers that provide novel insights on the
  interplay of AI and the real world, as well as pa
 pers that bring useful computational technologies
