SUMMARY:4th International Workshop on Strategic Re
asoning (SR2016), New York NY, U.S.A.
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20160709
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20160710
LOCATION:New York NY, U.S.A.
DESCRIPTION:Strategic reasoning is a key topic in
the multi-agent systems research area. The literat
ure in this field is extensive and includes a vari
ety of logics used for reasoning about the strateg
ic abilities of the agents in the system. Results
stemming from this research have been used in a wi
de range of applications, including robotic teams
endowed with adaptive strategies, and automatic pl
ayers capable of beating expert human adversaries.
A common feature in all these domains is the requ
irement for sound theoretical foundations and tool
s accounting for the strategies that agents may ad
opt in the presence of adversaries. The SR inter
national workshop series aims to bring together re
searchers working on different aspects of strategi
c reasoning in computer science, both from a theor
etical and a practical point of view. SR 2016 is t
o be held as Satellite Workshop of LICS 2016 For
  more information, see https://sites.google.com/si
 te/sr2016homepage/home or http://www.strategicreas
