DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce the Student
  Session (StuS) of the 17th European Summer School
  in Logic, Language and Information (ESSLLI'05, 8-
 19 August, Edinburgh, http://www.macs.hw.ac.uk/ess
 lli05/). This is going to be the 10th Student Sess
 ion (StuS) in the history of ESSLLIs. The aim of t
 he StuS is to give an opportunity to students at a
 ll levels (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate) 
 to present their work to an expert, yet friendly a
 udience, and get feedback from them. Each year, 18
  papers are selected for oral presentation and a n
 umber of others for poster presentation.    This y
 ear, unlike in the past, papers can be submitted f
 or oral OR poster presentation separately. Student
  authors are invited to submit a full paper, not t
 o exceed 7 pages of length exclusive of references
