DESCRIPTION:As usual, the plan is for a full day o
 f talks and discussions on Saturday and a half day
  on Sunday. Also as usual, there will be a worksho
 p lunch and a workshop dinner on Saturday, with al
 l participants invited to attend as guests of the 
 university.  We're pleased to announce that we wil
 l be having featured talks by Pr. Lydia Patton (Ph
 ilosophy, Virginia Tech U) and Pr. Michael Rathjen
  (Mathematics, U of Leeds). Pr. Rathjen will be sp
 eaking on ?On Feferman?s Second Conjecture". Pr. P
 atton will be giving a talk titled "Fishbones, Whe
 els, Eyes, and Butterflies: Is There a Unified Acc
 ount of Mathematical and Physical Modeling??.  If 
 you're interested in giving a talk, please email a
  pdf of your talk or a substantial summary to Padd
 y (pblanche at nd.edu), Tim (tbays at nd.edu), Cur
 tis ( cfranks at nd.edu) and me (mdetlef1 at nd.ed
 u). We would like to have all proposals for talks 
 by September 18th so that we can set the program b
 y late September. Talks should be 35--40 minutes i
 n length, with 15--20 minutes left for discussion.
