DESCRIPTION:CiE 2017 is the thirteenth conference 
 organized by CiE (Computability in Europe), a Euro
 pean association of mathematicians, logicians, com
 puter scientists, philosophers, physicists and oth
 ers interested in new developments in computabilit
 y and their underlying significance for the real w
 orld.  Special sessions include Algorithmics for b
 iology, Combinatorics and algorithmics on words, C
 omputability in Analysis, Algebra, and Geometry, C
 ryptography and information theory, Formal languag
 es and automata theory, and History and philosophy
  of computing.  The Programme Committee cordially 
 invites all researchers (European and non-European
 ) to submit their papers in all areas related to c
 omputability for presentation at the conference an
 d inclusion in the proceedings. Deadline for artic
 le submission: January 5, 2017.   In addition to t
 he formal presentations based on our LNCS proceedi
 ngs volume, we invite researchers to present infor
 mal presentations. For this, please send us a brie
 f description of your talk (one page) by the submi
 ssion deadline May 1st.
