DESCRIPTION:The CIAA conference series, which was 
 started in 1996, covers all aspects of implementat
 ion, application, and theory of automata and relat
 ed structures. It aims to attract contributions fr
 om both classical automata theory and applications
 .  The scientific program will consist of invited 
 lectures and presentations of papers selected by t
 he international program committee, based on a tho
 rough peer-reviewing process. Invited speakers inc
 lude Véronique Cortier (CNRS, LORIA, France), Kim 
 G. Larsen (Aalborg University, Denmark) and Damien
  Pous (CNRS, ENS Lyon, France).  Submissions must 
 be written in LaTeX and must not exceed 12 pages, 
 bibliography included. If the authors believe that
  more details are essential to substantiate the ma
 in claims, they may include a clearly marked appen
 dix that will be read at the discretion of the pro
 gram committee. Simultaneous submissions of papers
  to journals or any other conference with publishe
 d proceedings, or submitting previously published 
 papers is not allowed.
