DESCRIPTION:LPNMR 2017 is the fourteenth in the se
 ries of international meetings on logic programmin
 g and non-monotonic reasoning. LPNMR is a forum fo
 r exchanging ideas on declarative logic programmin
 g, non-monotonic reasoning, and knowledge represen
 tation. The aim of the conference is to facilitate
  interactions between researchers and practitioner
 s interested in the design and implementation of l
 ogic-based programming languages and database syst
 ems, and those working in knowledge representation
  and nonmonotonic reasoning. LPNMR strives to enco
 mpass theoretical and experimental studies that ha
 ve led or will lead to advances in declarative pro
 gramming and knowledge representation, as well as 
 their use in practical applications.  This edition
  of LPNMR will feature several workshops and a spe
 cial session dedicated to the 7th ASP Competition.
  A Doctoral Consortium will also be a part of the 
 program.  Authors are invited to submit papers pre
 senting original and unpublished research on all a
 spects of non-monotonic approaches in logic progra
 mming and knowledge representation. We invite subm
 issions of both long and short papers on conferenc
 e topics. Deadline for paper registration: January
  27th, 2017.  Additionally, those interested in or
 ganizing a workshop at LPNMR 2017 are invited to s
 ubmit a workshop proposal. Deadline for proposals:
  December 20, 2016.
