DESCRIPTION:SaarDial will be the 21st edition of t
 he SemDial workshop series, which aims to bring to
 gether researchers working on the semantics and pr
 agmatics of dialogue in fields such as formal sema
 ntics and pragmatics, computational linguistics, a
 rtificial intelligence, philosophy, psychology, an
 d neuroscience. In 2017 the workshop will be hoste
 d by the Spoken Language Systems Group, Saarland U
 niversity, and will be collocated with the 18th An
 nual SigDial Meeting on Discourse and Dialogue.  W
 e invite papers on all topics related to the seman
 tics and pragmatics of dialogue. Authors should su
 bmit an *anonymous* paper of at most 8 pages of co
 ntent (up to 2 additional pages are allowed for re
 ferences). Submission deadline: 8 May 2017.  There
  will be a later call for 2-page abstracts describ
 ing system demonstrations and/or ongoing projects 
 relevant to the topics of the workshop, with submi
 ssion deadline 23 June 2017.
