DESCRIPTION:It is intended that IJCRS 2017 follows
  the track already rutted by RSCTC and JRS confere
 nces which aimed at unification of many facets of 
 Rough Set Theory from theoretical aspects of the r
 ough set idea bordering on theory of concepts and 
 going through algebraic structures, topological st
 ructures, logics for uncertain  reasoning, decisio
 n algorithms, relations to other theories of vague
 ness and ambiguity, then to extensions of the roug
 h set idea like granular structures, rough mereolo
 gy, and to applications of the idea in diverse fie
 lds of applied science including hybrid methods li
 ke Rough-Fuzzy, Neuro-Rough, Neuro-Rough-Fuzzy com
 puting.  Our Authors are invited cordially to subm
 it a research paper at most 10-20 pages long or 6+
  page long short paper devoted to one or more of t
 he conference topics, formatted in style of LNCS/L
 NAI of Springer. We also invite researchers in sea
 rch of new tools suitable for their problems, rese
 archers whose work touches problems involving unce
 rtainty, and those who would like to discuss their
  problems with members of rough set community. We 
 welcome them, please feel free to submit results o
 f Your research or simply do come to the conferenc
