This firs t Workshop on Interaction-Based Knowledge Sharing (WINKS) collocated with the third Joint Ontolog y Workshop is fully dedicated to challenges an d solutions to knowledge sharing in interaction-ba sed environments, ranging from the Internet of Thi ngs to multi-agent systems. Gradually expanding, d istributed systems heighten the need of a dynamic interactive knowledge sharing process, while at th e same time an increasing heterogeneity of resourc es renders this process more complex. As a highly interdisciplinary workshop, discussions will cente r on requirements and suggestions to endow computa tional models with knowledge sharing capabilities in interactive scenarios.
\nS UBMISSIONS Submissions need to present original re search and contain an abstract of no more than 300 words. Both full papers (mature research work des cribing original research and its validation) and short papers (research papers describing interesti ng new open issues and challenges, and opinions on the status of the field) are sollicited.
