Over the past few years, Kit Fine, Mark Jago and many other s have developed various hyperintensional logics: logics that do not satisfy replacement of classica l equivalents. Instead, a stronger notion of “anal ytic equivalence” lies at the core of these system s. Semantics that are more fine-grained than possi ble-world semantics, such as exact truthmaker sema ntics, have been proposed to interpret hyperintens ional logics. They have recently been applied to t he theory of counterfactuals and to debates in met aphysics, among other topics. The aim of this work shop is to bring together and promote research in this area, and to draw connections with ongoing wo rk in philosophical logic, including but not limit ed to: paraconsistency and paracompleteness, proba bility theory, first- and higher-order logics, deo ntic reasoning, relevance logic, and modal logic.
