In addition to the main conferen ce track, there will be thematically-focused works hops, and a session will be organized for the demo nstration of innovative working applications and t ools.   We invite submission of original and unp ublished work. Parallel submission to journals or other conferences or workshops with published proc eedings is not permitted. Reviewing is single-blin ded. The conference includes a Regular Track and a n Innovative Applications Track. As to the latter, we encourage the submission of original papers ab out innovative applications, e.g., in law, medicin e, e-democracy, risk assessment, intelligent user interfaces, recommender systems, argument mining e tc.
