DESCRIPTION:The International Conference on Comput
 ational Models of Argument, COMMA, is a regular fo
 rum for presentation and exchange of the latest re
 search results concerning theory and applications 
 of computational argumentation.  COMMA 2018 will b
 e part of a series of events of the Warsaw Argumen
 tation Week, WAW 2018 (6-16 Sept 2018), which will
  include the next edition of the Summer School on 
 Argumentation (SSA 2018), themed COMMA workshops, 
 the 16th ArgDiap conference, and other cognate mee
 tings and events. In addition to the main conferen
 ce track, there will be thematically-focused works
 hops, and a session will be organized for the demo
 nstration of innovative working applications and t
 ools.     We invite submission of original and unp
 ublished work. Parallel submission to journals or 
 other conferences or workshops with published proc
 eedings is not permitted. Reviewing is single-blin
 ded. The conference includes a Regular Track and a
 n Innovative Applications Track. As to the latter,
  we encourage the submission of original papers ab
 out innovative applications, e.g., in law, medicin
 e, e-democracy, risk assessment, intelligent user 
 interfaces, recommender systems, argument mining e
 tc. Innovative applications papers will be assesse
 d in an equally rigorous reviewing procedure as re
 gular track papers.
