 ce? Is logic necessarily mathematical? Maybe we go
 t it wrong, maybe logic is an empirical science. A
 s a matter of facts, the idea that logic should no
 t be studied mathematically, but rather considered
  as a part of psychology was one of the main tenet
 s of many psychologist philosophers, like John Stu
 art Mill, Theodor Lipps and Christoph Sigwart. In 
 my talk I would like to engage in a genealogical e
 xercise and consider where our (often implicit) vi
 ews on logic actually come from.  Join us for drin
 ks and snacks in the common room after the talk.
