DESCRIPTION:Under the auspices of the Association 
 for Logic, Language, and Information (FoLLI), the 
 European Summer School in Logic, Language, and Inf
 ormation (ESSLLI) runs every year. Except for 2021
 , where the school will be virtual, it runs in a d
 ifferent European country each year. It takes plac
 e over two weeks in the summer, hosts approximatel
 y 50 different courses at both introductory and ad
 vanced levels, and attracts around 400 participant
 s from all over the world.  The main focus of ESSL
 LI is the interface between linguistics, logic and
  computation, with special emphasis in human lingu
 istic and cognitive ability. Courses, both introdu
 ctory and advanced, cover a wide variety of topics
  within the combined areas of interest: Logic and 
 Computation, Computation and Language, and Languag
 e and Logic. Workshops are also organized, providi
 ng opportunities for in-depth discussion of issues
  at the forefront of research, as well as a series
  of invited evening lectures.  Registration is now
  open. Early registration is available until the 5
 th of June 2022.  Proposals for courses and worksh
 ops at ESSLLI 2022 are invited in all areas of Log
 ic, Linguistics and Computer Sciences. Cross-disci
 plinary and innovative topics are particularly enc
 ouraged.  Course proposals should fall under one o
 f the categories Foundational Courses, Introductor
 y Courses, Advanced Courses or Workshops. Each cou
 rse and workshop will consist of five 90 minute se
 ssions, offered daily (Monday-Friday) in a single 
 week. Proposals for two-week courses should be str
 uctured and submitted as two independent one-week 
 courses, e.g. as an introductory course followed b
 y an advanced one.
