DESCRIPTION:On Saturday 7 October, the open day at
  the Amsterdam Science Park will take place as par
 t of the Weekend of Science (Weekend van de Wetens
 chap). Companies and research institutes at the Sc
 ience Park will open their doors to interested par
 ties.  At the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Mathema
 tics and Computer Science and other locations, vis
 itors can attend guided tours, workshops and demon
 strations. Learn more about cosmic wave research a
 nd what happened immediately after the Big Bang, o
 r discover what cells your body is made of! This e
 vent can be visited by young and old alike free of
  charge, no registration is necessary.
