DESCRIPTION:The MSc Logic Programme is being evalu
 ated by an international visitation committee in o
 rder to be officially accredited as a Master's pro
 gramme. This procedure has been started last fall,
  and in the meantime we have produced a so-called 
 "self-evaluation", an 80-page document with detail
 s about the MSc Logic.    The international visita
 tion committee will come to Amsterdam on November 
 1 and 2, 2006 in order to inspect the facilities o
 f the MSc and compare the actual running programme
  with the description of the self-evaluation. The 
 committee will consist of two international expert
 s (Prof Dr Ramon Jansana from Barcelona and Prof D
 r Peter Koepke from Bonn), two members of the accr
 editation agency CERTIKED and a student member; du
 ring these two days, the committee will talk to te
 achers, alumni, students and administrators of the
  MSc Logic.    Thursday afternoon this committee w
 ill give a public first feedback on their findings
