SUMMARY:Computability in Europe 2024: Twenty years
of theoretical and practical synergies, Amsterda
 m, The Netherlands
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20240708
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20240712
LOCATION:Amsterdam, The Netherlands
DESCRIPTION:CiE (Computability in Europe) is a Eur
opean association of mathematicians, logicians, co
mputer scientists, philosophers, physicists and ot
hers interested in new developments in computabili
ty and their underlying significance for the real
world. The CiE conferences serve as an interdisci
plinary forum for research in all aspects of compu
tability, foundations of computer science, logic,
and theoretical computer science, as well as the i
nterplay of these areas with practical issues in c
omputer science and with other disciplines such as
biology, mathematics, philosophy, or physics. CiE
2024 will be an anniversary event. It is the 20th
conference organized by Ci , in the same place as
the first edition, Amsterdam. The Program Commit
tee cordially invites all researchers, European an
d non-European, to submit their papers in all area
s related to the above for presentation at the con
ference and inclusion in the proceedings of CiE 20
 24. Papers submitted to the conference proceedings
should represent original work, not simultaneousl
y submitted to another journal or conference with
formal proceedings. The Program Committee will rig
orously review and select submitted papers. Accept
ed papers will be published as a proceedings volum
e in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)
series from Springer-Verlag. Continuing the tradi
tion of past CiE conferences, we also invite resea
rchers to present informal presentations of their
recent work. Informal presentations will not be pu
blished in the LNCS conference proceedings. Result
s presented as informal presentations at CiE 2024
may appear or may have appeared in other conferenc
es with formal proceedings and/or in journals.
