CiE (Comp utability in Europe) is a European association of mathematicians, logicians, computer scientists, ph ilosophers, physicists and others interested in ne w developments in computability and their underlyi ng significance for the real world.
\nThe CiE conferences serve as an interdisciplinary foru m for research in all aspects of computability, fo undations of computer science, logic, and theoreti cal computer science, as well as the interplay of these areas with practical issues in computer scie nce and with other disciplines such as biology, ma thematics, philosophy, or physics. CiE 2024 will b e an anniversary event. It is the 20th conference organized by Ci , in the same place as the first e dition, Amsterdam.
\nThe Prog ram Committee cordially invites all researchers, E uropean and non-European, to submit their papers i n all areas related to the above for presentation at the conference and inclusion in the proceedings of CiE 2024. Papers submitted to the conference p roceedings should represent original work, not sim ultaneously submitted to another journal or confer ence with formal proceedings. The Program Committe e will rigorously review and select submitted pape rs. Accepted papers will be published as a proceed ings volume in the Lecture Notes in Computer Scien ce (LNCS) series from Springer-Verlag.
\nC ontinuing the tradition of past CiE conferences, w e also invite researchers to present informal pres entations of their recent work. Informal presentat ions will not be published in the LNCS conference proceedings. Results presented as informal present ations at CiE 2024 may appear or may have appeared in other conferences with formal proceedings and/ or in journals.
