 o connect stakeholders, FemData was started in Aug
 ust 2023. FemData focuses on the ways that gender 
 biases can distort the model outcomes by influence
 s the collection, labeling, and interpretation of 
 data, leadin to skewed insights, and perpetuating 
 inequality. In this talk, Paulina and Myrthe will 
 introduce their initiative and provide some exampl
 es from previous research on the topic of gender b
 ias in data applications.
