DESCRIPTION:The Amsterdam Colloquia aim to bring t
 ogether linguists, philosophers, logicians, cognit
 ive scientists and computer scientists who share a
 n interest in the formal study of the semantics an
 d pragmatics of natural and formal languages. The 
 Amsterdam Colloquia are organized by the Institute
  for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC) of the
  University of Amsterdam.  In addition to the gene
 ral programme, the 2024 Amsterdam Colloquium will 
 feature two workshops. The Colloquium will also in
 clude a poster session, and host one evening lectu
 re by Prof. Angelika Kratzer jointly organized wit
 h the E.W. Beth Foundation.  Authors can submit an
  anonymous abstract of at most two pages (excludin
 g references), with an optional third page for tab
 les and figures, with 1 inch margin and 11pt font.
  The time for presentations of accepted submission
 s for both regular programme and the workshops is 
 30 mins (20/25 mins + Q&A).  The Amsterdam Colloqu
 ium will also feature a poster/lighting talks sess
 ion for both the regular programme and the worksho
 ps. Poster presentations will be published as regu
 lar papers in the proceedings. The time for lighti
 ng talks is 3 mins.
