DESCRIPTION:The Concepts in Motion group at the Un
 iversity of Amsterdam (ILLC) is happy to announce 
 the second season of the online Data-Driven Histor
 y of Ideas (DaDriH) seminar series, where speakers
  are senior researchers, as well as the PhD-in-DaD
 riH seminar series, where speakers are PhD student
 s. Like our inspiring first couple of sessions the
  series will cover datasets, formats, tools, and b
 est practices for working with data relevant to th
 e history of ideas.  We will kick off the DaDriH s
 eries on July 16th between 15:00 and 16:30 (CEST),
  when Stefan Hessbrüggen-Walter (Freie Universität
  Berlin) will give a talk titled "Early Modern Dis
 sertations in French Libraries" (EMDFL): Some Less
 ons Learned". Stefan will discuss the methodologic
 al challenges encountered in compiling a bibliogra
 phical dataset derived from appr. 56.000 records o
 f early modern dissertations from French libraries
 .
