 nd work for everyone. How can we ensure that AI sy
 stems are designed with inclusivity and diversity 
 at their core—not as afterthoughts, but as guiding

 can policymakers, educators, and industry do to dr
 ive change?  - How can we design datasets and syst
 ems that reflect diverse perspectives?  - What tec
