  Center Amsterdam of the University of Amsterdam w
 ill organize a symposium chaired by visiting profe
 ssor McClelland in which a number of prominent Eur
 opean researchers will give presentations on their
  work within the general area of connectionist mod
 eling. Speakers will include Eric Postma, Axel Cle
 eremans, Mike Page, Bob French and Jaap Murre. At 
 the end of the symposium, professor McClelland wil
 l comment on the various lectures. The symposium w
 ill an excellent overview of the current status of
