DESCRIPTION:Do not Erase. . . wait for Meaning is 
 an <InstallationPackage> by TineWilde offering a n
 ew perspective on the art of installation as a res
 ult of a trans-disciplinary PhD research project c
 arried out at the University of Amsterdam.   Tine 
 Wilde investigates facts and values concerning soc
 ial practices and cultural attitudes, worked out i
 n what she calls an InstallationPackage. An Instal
 lationPackage consists of one or more installation
 s exploring a particular concept from different pe
 rspectives. In this exhibition the point of depart
 ure is the philosopher's room, in which the concep
 t reflexive dynamics is central. On the one hand t
 his reflexive dynamics points to the dynamic relat
 ion between the various parts of the room. On the 
 other it refers to an emotional space that gives t
 he viewer the opportunity to take a reflexive dist
 ance by means of a subtle play of colours. In this
  way, the installation becomes a poem with proport
 ion.    The exhibition will be officially opened b
 y Martin Stokhof at the opening reception on Satur
 day 21 June 2008, 8-10 pm: the exhibition will run
